Almost all if not all Techies don't feel understood by HRs and have stories of frustration to share. The same can be said between Sales and Tech department.


How many times JDs were not properly filled, pre-screen strangely handled, interviews cosmically out of topics, and resources managed wrongly... For what? A costly recruitment process, a toxic environment, and high employee turn-over.
